Delivery Information

Shipment and Fees

DUKAS.COM.GR ships in Europe and Europe (out E.U.) with TNT Courier. DUKAS.COM.GR does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

ALL DUKAS.COM.GR orders are shipped out of Athens – Greece WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

 

The receipt of payment will be delivered to the address you have submitted to us within 15 days of the date of the purchase through Postal service.

 

Shipment Date

Orders are shipped from DUKAS.COM.GR in Athens, Greece – Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

DUKAS.COM.GR ships in Europe and Europe (out E.U.) using ELTA and/or TNT Courier delivery.

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

Europe: 5 working days for major cities / 7 working days for remote areas

DUKAS shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of DUKAS.

 

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE
Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement during regular office hours from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives.

 

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from DUKAS.COM.GR specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or DUKAS.COM.GR.

 

Successful Shipment Delivery

 

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.

 

DUKAS.COM.GR packages are carefully sealed in transparent plastic with a DUKAS.COM.GR logo print tape around the sides of the box.

 

In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact DUKAS.COM.GR at customerservice@dukas.com.gr

 

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the DUKAS.COM.GR commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to GREECE at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to GREECE. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

 

Returns are not accepted in case you don’t want the product any more. We only change the products in case you will need a different number that is available. If you want to return the product, we credit your money for a next purchase.
